As the daughter of a holistic patient focused family GP and an Occupational/Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellor, Simona absorbed from a young age a love of people. Throughout her professional career in diverse roles, her enduring attribute has been forming lasting relationships with those she has encountered along the way.
Simona’s expertise is in Private Practice and In House recruitment across a number of industry practice areas. Most recently, Simona was the only female Partner at one of Australia’s leading recruitment companies. She has over 15 years of executive search and recruitment experience in market mapping, succession planning and broader industry research across professional, corporate and financial sectors, both nationally and internationally.

When Renaissa was practising as a lawyer, she dealt with her fair share of recruiters, however was often unsure about whether they had her best interests at heart. This made her realise how integral trust was to successful recruitment. After all, choosing a career path is a life-changing decision, so having confidence in those who provide guidance is essential.
Renaissa completed a double degree in Law and Commerce and was admitted to the legal profession as an Australian lawyer in 2017. During her legal career, Renaissa particularly enjoyed building authentic relationships with her clients, as well as creating bespoke solutions that best aligned with their needs. These sentiments are what saw her transition into the recruitment industry and ultimately specialise in Legal & Compliance.
